Nancy Thomas

Ms. Nancy Thomas teaches first grade at Faith Lutheran School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a Classical Lutheran Educator Certificate from the CCLE. She is in her eleventh year of teaching at FLS.

Ms. Thomas believes that the greatest attribute of classical Lutheran education is that it provides Christ-centered, foundational studies, which prepare students to be blessings to the church and world. She loves teaching children their school subjects and Bible stories and enjoys starting the day with both teacher and all-school devotions. She loves focusing on what will benefit my students both spiritually and academically.

Ms. Thomas has three daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, reading, music, crafts, traveling, and learning new things.
