APPLICATION
New Student Admissions Process
The steps for application and admission to Faith Lutheran School are listed below. Should you have any questions, please contact the school office at (972) 423-7448.
1. Initial Visit
Before applying, parents must attend an information session or schedule a campus tour with
the Admissions Director. The Headmaster presents FLS’s educational philosophy, explains our
theological foundation, discusses family expectations, and conducts a campus tour. Schedule a tour here.
2. Online Application
After the visit, parents complete the online application and upload supporting documents.
Application fee: $170
3. Review & Assessment
The admissions office reviews academic records, behavior documentation, and all required
forms. If needed, applicants may complete an entrance test, readiness screening, and/or
behavioral interview.
4. Decision & Enrollment
Parents are notified once an applicant meets enrollment criteria and receive login credentials
to complete online enrollment. Families will also receive information about tuition, schedules,
and next steps.
Age Requirements
Students must meet the following ages by September 1 of the year of enrollment:
● 3-Year-Old Preschool: 3 years old and bathroom-trained
● Pre-Kindergarten: 4 years old and bathroom-trained
● Kindergarten: 5 years old
● First Grade: 6 years old
