Employment Opportunities for 2010 - 2011 School Year

Part-time Positions:
1. Teacher-High School Science (Biology, Honors Biology, Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, Physics, AP Physics, etc.)

Requirements:
1. Applicants for all teaching positions must have a strong commitment to the Christian faith and maintain an active membership in a Christian church.
2. Additionally all fulltime employees must be members of Faith Lutheran Church or, in special circumstances, members of another Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) congregation. LCMS membership is greatly desirable for all part-time positions as well.
3. Since Faith is an accredited school, only certified teachers may apply for teaching positions.
4. Previous experience in a classroom is also expected.

To be considered for these positions, please follow this Procedure:
1. Call the office at 972-423-7448 or stop by between 9 and 4 and ask for an application.
2. Mail or drop off the application along with a resume.
3. If you appear to meet the minimum requirements, you will be called to schedule an interview with our Headmaster, Mr. Merritt.

Compensation:
Faith pays its teachers using a scale which takes into account the level of education achieved by the teacher, the years of experience, and the number of periods taught.
