We measure the achievement of our students each year by using the Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS). The ITBS is given to all students in each grade level in late January or early February. The charts below show that Faith Lutheran School offers an outstanding education to its students.
What are percentile rankings?
Percentile rankings indicate how each class at Faith Lutheran School compares with the same level classes at schools around the country. A class that ranks in the 99th percentile is a class that is ranked in the top 1% of the classes in the country.
Please note that the 9th Grade students take the Iowa Test of Educational Development (ITED).
What is a Grade Equivalent Score?
A Grade Equivalent Score (GE) is the average level of the students in the class in a particular year. The number represents the year and month of the students’ achievement (i.e. 3.9 would be the ninth month of 3rd Grade.
